Word Unknown 3.0

Word Unknown is a word game that draws inspiration from both the classic games of hangman and mastermind, offering an entertaining and straightforward gaming experience. The goal of the game is to guess a word that has been randomly generated in as few attempts as possible, relying on both vocabulary knowledge and deductive reasoning. Upon making a valid guess, players receive feedback in the form of X's and O's. X's indicate correct letters in the correct position, while O's signify correct letters in the wrong position. The game features five different difficulty levels based on word lengths, along with daily challenges for each level enabling friendly competition among players. Moreover, Word Unknown stands out for being freely accessible and open source.

Created by Christopher Cinq-Mars Jarvis, Word Unknown follows the success of his previous word game, Synonymy, which featured narration by Richard Dawkins and garnered recognition at prestigious events like GDC and E3.
